1. Safety and Operating Instructions:

★Storage Requirements:

●Long-term storage: Keep the battery capacity between 30% and 50%.

●Temperature: -10°C to 25°C, in a dry and light proof environment.

★Prohibited scenarios:

●Do not expose to temperatures above 60°C or severe cold below -20°C.

★Maintenance guidelines:

●Check the battery’s appearance (bulging, leakage, damage) after each flight. Clean the electrode contacts to prevent short circuits caused by metal debris. The battery needs to be charged and discharged once every 50 cycles or after 3 months of inactivity to maintain its activity.

★After-sales and repair process:

●Warranty period: 6-12 Months

●Service requires: Battery photo + fault video (if unable to charge/poor contact)

●If you need to send it back for repair, please pack it well with foam and an explosion-proof box. Take a photo to confirm before shipping.

2. Disclaimer:

●Please use the battery in accordance with the instructions marked on the back of the battery. If any of the above damage occurs, the warranty will not apply.

●Damage caused by human disassembly, impact, water ingress, or improper storage is not covered by the warranty.

Notice on the Application Scope of CEBattery

Dear Customer:

Please carefully read and sign this notification. Once signed, you shall be deemed to have

fully understood and agreed to all the terms here of:

I. Product Usage Scope

The battery products you have purchased can only be used for the following legal

purposes:

1. Energy storage projects (including but not limited to household energy storage,

industrial energy storage, distributed energy storage, etc., for both civilian and

commercial energy storage scenarios);

2. Electric tools (including but not limited to handheld electric tools, table-top electric

tools, garden electric tools, etc., for both civilian and commercial electric tools);

3. Civilian unmanned aircraft (referring to unmanned aircraft equipment used for

civilian entertainment, civilian surveying, civilian security, etc., for non-military

purposes).

II. Prohibited Usage Scope

The Customer undertakes that, after purchasing our products, it shall not directly use

the products for military purposes, nor indirectly provide the products to military units

or use them for military projects or military-related activities. It is strictly prohibited to

use the products for any military-related purposes that violate national laws,

regulations, and international conventions.

III. Confirmation Terms

The Customer confirms that, from the date of paying the full or partial purchase amount

of this product to the Supplier, it shall be deemed to have fully read, fully understood,

and voluntarily accepted all the terms of this notice, clearly understood the product’s

usage scope and prohibited usage requirements, and voluntarily assumed all legal

liabilities, economic losses, and related joint and several liabilities arising from violating

the terms of this notice and using the product in violation of regulations, which have no

connection with the Supplier.

IV. Other

This notice takes effect from the date of the Customer’s signature (or seal) and has the

same legal effect as the purchase contract/invoice signed by both parties. It shall serve

as a supplementary clause to the purchase contract/invoice and shall be jointly

performed by both parties.
