\u2605Maintenance guidelines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cfCheck the battery’s appearance (bulging, leakage, damage) after each flight. Clean the electrode contacts to prevent short circuits caused by metal debris. The battery needs to be charged and discharged once every 50 cycles or after 3 months of inactivity to maintain its activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notice on the Application Scope of CEBattery<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Dear Customer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please carefully read and sign this notification. Once signed, you shall be deemed to have<\/p>\n\n\n\n

fully understood and agreed to all the terms here of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I. Product Usage Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The battery products you have purchased can only be used for the following legal<\/p>\n\n\n\n

purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Energy storage projects (including but not limited to household energy storage,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

industrial energy storage, distributed energy storage, etc., for both civilian and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

commercial energy storage scenarios);<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Electric tools (including but not limited to handheld electric tools, table-top electric<\/p>\n\n\n\n

tools, garden electric tools, etc., for both civilian and commercial electric tools);<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Civilian unmanned aircraft (referring to unmanned aircraft equipment used for<\/p>\n\n\n\n

civilian entertainment, civilian surveying, civilian security, etc., for non-military<\/p>\n\n\n\n

purposes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

II. Prohibited Usage Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Customer undertakes that, after purchasing our products, it shall not directly use<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the products for military purposes, nor indirectly provide the products to military units<\/p>\n\n\n\n

or use them for military projects or military-related activities. It is strictly prohibited to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

use the products for any military-related purposes that violate national laws,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

regulations, and international conventions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

III. Confirmation Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Customer confirms that, from the date of paying the full or partial purchase amount<\/p>\n\n\n\n

of this product to the Supplier, it shall be deemed to have fully read, fully understood,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and voluntarily accepted all the terms of this notice, clearly understood the product’s<\/p>\n\n\n\n

usage scope and prohibited usage requirements, and voluntarily assumed all legal<\/p>\n\n\n\n

liabilities, economic losses, and related joint and several liabilities arising from violating<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the terms of this notice and using the product in violation of regulations, which have no<\/p>\n\n\n\n

connection with the Supplier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IV. Other<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This notice takes effect from the date of the Customer\u2019s signature (or seal) and has the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

same legal effect as the purchase contract\/invoice signed by both parties. It shall serve<\/p>\n\n\n\n

as a supplementary clause to the purchase contract\/invoice and shall be jointly<\/p>\n\n\n\n

performed by both parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
